Agnes "Virginia" Coker Turbeville Mrs. Agnes "Virginia" Coker, age 81, died Friday, April 16, 2010 at her residence after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 11am Monday, April 19, 2010 at The Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church in Turbeville, with burial in the Gibbons Cemetery in New Zion, directed by FLOYD FUNERAL HOME, INC. of Olanta. Visitation will be held from 4-6 Sunday, April 18, 2010 at the funeral home. Born in Clarendon County she was the daughter of the late Julius Hampton Watts and Mary Susan Harrington Watts. Mrs. Virginia was retired as owner and operator of "Mrs. Virginia's Country Store", where she was locally famous for her hot dogs, a member of the Dorcas Circle and Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church of Turbeville. She was preceded in death by her husband; Allen Randolph Coker, one grandson; Quentin Coker, four sisters; Ollie Mae Jones, Oletha Welch, Louise Watts, Julia Warren, three brothers; Wofford Watts, Richard Watts, and J. C. Watts. She is survived by six sons; Allen O. (Geraldine) Coker, Julian W. (Elaine) Coker, Carroll Reggel Coker, Ronald L. (Beth) Coker, Kerry R. (Lynn) Coker all of Turbeville and Larue (Barbara) Coker of Scranton. Three sisters; Margaret Spigner of Alcolu, Evelyn Wilkerson of Fitzgerald, GA., and Christine Kirkman of Walterboro. Ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
