Albert Lovone Beard, Sr Turbeville - Albert Lovone Beard, Sr. age 75, died December 28, 2018 in a Florence hospital after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock PM Monday December 31, 2018 at Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery directed by Floyd Funeral Home. A visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church. Born in Clarendon County, he was a son of the late Woodrow Edward Beard and Elise Miles Beard. He was a retired carpenter and was a member of Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers; Billy Beard, Donald Beard, and Hoyt Beard. Surviving are his wife; Esther Dianne Beard of Turbeville, a daughter; Vonda Welch of Turbeville, a son; Al (Candace) Beard of Kingstree, three sisters; Corine Welch, Willaree Welch, and Bertha Lou (J. A.) Coker all of Turbeville, three brothers, Julian (Roxy) Beard of Lake City, Lloyd Beard of Georgetown, and W. E. (Janet) Beard of Effingham, two grandchildren, Wesley Graham and Skyler Graham.
