Carl Brown

Carl Brown age 84, died Friday April 3, 2020 in a Columbia facility after an illness. Funeral arrangements are private. He was born in Charleston, South Carolina. A son of the late Harley Stafford Brown and Claudia Juanita Windham Brown. He was retired from Santee Print Works. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Ralph, Alton, Charles, Raymond and Roland Brown, a sister, Barbara Gatlin. Surviving is his wife Betty Jean Brown of Turbeville; one daughter, Althea (Mike) Mixon of Lynchburg; 2 sons, Timothy (Ninetta) Brown of Utah, Willie (Sharon) Brown of Scranton; 2 sisters Juanita Welch of Turbeville and Wilma Hood of Rock Hill; 3 grandchildren.
