Connie Carolyn Osborne

FLORENCE – Connie Carolyn Osborne, 68, entered her eternal rest on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Heritage Nursing Facility surrounded by her loving family. Born April 5, 1954, in Sumter, SC. She was a daughter of the late Robert Junius Osborne and the late Lily Juliette Cook Osborne. Connie was a member of the Turbeville Southern Methodist Church where she volunteered in the church nursery for many years before her health prevented her from continuing. She is survived by one sister, Debbie (Glenn) Wall of Florence; two brothers, John W. “Skippy” (Deb) Osborne of New Zion and Jeffrey Collins Osborne of Turbeville; one sister-in-law, Annelle C. Osborne of Florence; five nephews, Dr. Brian P. (Angela) Wall, Robert Justin Osborne, Wesley Swain Osborne, Joseph Ravenel Osborne, Andrew Graham Osborne; and six nieces, Jennifer Wall, Whitney (Brandon) Crutchfield, Jordan Hardy Osborne, Margaret Tori Osborne, Martha Taylor Osborne, and Patience Wall. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert J. “Bo” Osborne. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the Turbeville Southern Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. John “Billy” Griffith and Rev. Patrick Goodwin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stephen Dukes, Trey Watts, Scott Green, John Hardy, Shad Welch, and George Knowlton. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the sanctuary and other times at the residence, 3602 Clarence Coker Highway, Turbeville, SC 291162.
