Donna Myrlene Yost Lynchburg Mrs. Donna Myrlene Yost, age 68, died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at her residence after an illness. A Memorial Service will be held at 4pm Friday, February 25 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. Visitation will be held from 2- 4 pm before the service at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Born in Florence County, she was a daughter of Myrlene Floyd Nesbitt and the late Donald Adkins. She was a computer specialist in the trucking industry and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert P. Yost; and her step-father, Whit F. Nesbitt. Surviving besides her Mother of Lynchburg are a daughter, Whitney P. Webb of Kingwood, Tx.; a son, Guy Alston Proctor III of Lynchburg; three sisters, "Meechie" Amelia Rankin and Linda Moore of Lynchburg, and Pam Anders of Florence; a brother, Whit F. "Bubba" Nesbitt Jr. Of Lynchburg; a step-daughter, Eden Yost of Charleston; two stepsons, Bobby Yost of Greenville and Duane Yost of Florence; and three grandchildren, Beth, Ellie and Isaac Webb.
