Elizabeth "Sis" Floyd Olanta Elizabeth "Sis" Floyd, age 93, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 in a Florence hospital after an illness. Funeral services will be 3pm Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church with burial in church cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home. The family will greet friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service. Born in Florence County she was a daughter of the late Noah Gatson Cooke and Willie Daisy Hines Cooke. She was a retired florist and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack H. Floyd, Sr., a son, Stephen "Steve" Floyd, and an infant daughter. Surviving are two sons, Jack H. Floyd (Harriett) of Olanta, and William Vernon Floyd. A daughter-in-law, Debbie Floyd of Olanta. One grandchild, Elizabeth Hope Floyd of Greenville, S.C..
