Faye Williams

Faye C. Williams Turbeville Faye Cook Williams age 74, passed away at McLeod Hospice House July 16, 2015 after an illness. A funeral service will be held at 4 PM Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Pine Grove United Methodist Church of Turbeville with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. A visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the church. Born in Florence County she was a daughter of the late Linwood Earl Cook and Sarah Ellen Rogers Cook. She was a homemaker, volunteered with Salkehatchie as a meal coordinator for 25 years and was a member of the Pine Grove United Methodist Church of Turbeville. She is survived by her husband, Steve Williams of Turbeville; a daughter, Donna C. Welch of New Zion; a son, Hal Whitlock of Turbeville; two step-daughters, Stephanie Williams and Rachel Leftridge both of Florence; three sisters, Joyce Lynch and Kelsey Frye both of Goose Creek, Kim Ard of Florence; one brother, Roger Cook of Scranton; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
