Frances Conyers Isgett

Scranton - Frances age 77, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2015 after an illness. A memorial service will be held 7p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior to service. Born in Florence County, she was the daughter of the late Opal Louise Wilson Conyers and Luther Lucas Conyers. She was previously employed with The Players Course at Wyboo in Manning, S.C. for over 20 years, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Lake City, S.C. Preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Dan Godwin, Sr.; a grandson, Joseph Keith Wallace; four brothers, James Edward "Jimmie" Conyers, Luther Charles Conyers, Jensen Lamone Conyers, and Milton Reece Conyers. She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Godwin Wallace of Scranton; a son, William Kent Godwin, Jr. of Scranton; a special son-in-law whom she loved dearly, Tommy R. Wallace of Manning; special prayers and love for her grandson, Jeffrey Dan Godwin, Jr. of the home which she raised for the past 18 years, five other grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
