Frances Marie Williamson

FLORENCE – Frances Marie Williamson, 73, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023, at MUSC Florence Health Hospital. Born March 23, 1950, in Olanta, SC she was a daughter of the late Sanford L. Canady and the late Ucell Dennis Canady. She attended Salem Free Will Baptist Church and was a licensed Cosmetologist. She was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph “Sammy” Canady. She is survived by her companion, Greg A. Purvis; two nieces, Shannon Bellamy of Conway and Aaron Denham of Washington State; two nephews, Wayland Bellamy of Conway and Dylan Kaminski of Washington State; and numerous cousins and extended family members. A memorial service will be held 11am on Monday, April 3, 2023 in the chapel of Floyd Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Dennis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
