Herbert Fay Dukes

Herbert F. Dukes Lake City Herbert Fay Dukes age 61, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013 in a Florence hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock PM Tuesday May 28, 2013 at Prospect Pentecostal Holiness Church, Lake City, with burial in Turbeville Southern Methodist Church Cemetery directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 PM Monday, May 27, at Prospect Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was born in Sumter County, a son of the late Malcolm "Mack" F. Dukes, and Teresa Morris Dukes. He was a member of The Woodmen Of The World, and The Turbeville Southern Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Dukes Wiley. Surviving are his wife, Brenda Calcutt of the home, One sister, Lynn Dukes (Harry Thames) of Turbeville, two brothers, Chuck (Marie) Dukes and Maxie Dukes both of Turbeville. Five nephews, four nieces, and one great-nephew. The family would like to extend a special "Thanks" to Lifeline Regional Ambulance Service of Lake City.
