Herbert "Bert" Flowers

Herbert "Bert" Flowers Olanta Herbert "Bert" Reed Flowers age 53 of Olanta, died Wednesday October 5, 2016 after a brief illness. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM Monday October 17, 2016 at Floyd Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Born in Florence County he was a son of William Lee Flowers of Florence and the late Mary Elizabeth Graham Flowers. Bert was in the agriculture business and was a farmer. He was preceded in death by a son, Foster Lee Flowers. He is survived by his father of Floremnce, two sisters, Beth Hursey of Darlington, Bonnie Spires of Coward; one brother, Billy Flowers of Olanta; close friends and caretakers, Lynn Melton, Victoria and Delic McKenzie and close friends Frank and Sally Graham all of Olanta.
