Jack Wayne Boykin

TURBEVILLE – Jack Wayne Boykin, 77, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 14, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 8, 1944, in Holly Hill, SC, he was a son of the late Alfred Lee Boykin and the late Georgia Ellen Austin Boykin. He is survived by his wife, Jean Powell Boykin; two daughters, Brandi Boykin Parker (Wayne) of Turbeville and Brooke Boykin Wilder (Matt) of Sumter; three grandsons, Boykin, Ford, and Gibb Wilder of Sumter; one sister, Billie Jean Boykin Hemingway of Summerton; one brother, Rod Boykin of Manning; special family, Helen Powell Baxley, Cameron Welsh, Sloane Welsh Daniels, and Dr. Charlie Dorn Smith III; and special friends, Chuck and Marie Dukes. The family will receive visitors at the home, 3402 Clarence Coker Highway, Turbeville, SC from 5 – 8 P.M. on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The service and burial will be private.
