James L. Wheaton Turbeville James "Jim" Laverne Wheaton age 74, passed away Thursday November 20, 2014 at his residence after an illness. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday November 22, 2014 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Born in Lenawey County, Michigan he was a son of the late Harry E. Wheaton and Katherine Kalmbach Wheaton. Mr. Wheaton was a retired truck driver.. He is survived by two daughters; Julie Cverly of Concord, Michigan, Jenny Heslet of Popular Grove, Illinois; one son, Kevin J. Wheaton of Willoughby, Ohio; two brothers, Bob Wheaton of Summerville, SC, John Wheaton of Vandercook Lake, Michigan; nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, and a special companion, Joyce Johnson of Turbeville.
