Jimmy L. Lee

Olanta Jimmy Laverne Lee age 68, passed away Sunday September 18, 2016 at a Florence hospital after an illness. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Wilkes Cemetery, (Old #4 highway), directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. The family will greet friends from 6-8pm tonight (Tuesday) September 20, 2016 at the funeral home. Born in Florence County, he was a son of the late Walter Laverne Lee and Maggie Virginia Lynch Lee. Jimmy was employed with Honda of South Carolina, a Mason with Beulah Lodge #259, loved golfing and fishing, and was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. Surviving are his wife, Eleanor Coker Lee of Olanta. Three sons, Vince Lee of Scranton, Stacy (Lisa) Lee of Irmo, and Travis Lee of Olanta. One brother, Billy Lee of Effingham. Seven grandchildren.
