Joyce Ann Johnson, age 64, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at McLeod Regional Medical Center after an illness. A funeral service will be 2pm Friday, January 2, 2015 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Olanta Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 1st, 2015 at the funeral home from 6-8pm. Born in Florence County, she was a daughter of the late Gordon Thomas McCutcheon and Bernice McKenzie McCutcheon. She attended First Pentecostal Baptist Church and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her companion, Jim Wheaton. A sister, Frankie Ann McCutcheon. A brother, Harry Bo McCutcheon. Surviving are two daughters, Travis Griggs (Phillip) of Olanta, and Michelle Munoz (Jeronimo) of Jefferson, S.C. Two sons, Jamie McCutcheon (Rebekah) and Gordon McCutcheon (Tabitha) both of Olanta. A sister, Annette Matthews of Pamplico. Ten grandchildren, one great grandchild.
