TURBEVILLE – Judith Dale Cook Watford, 62, widow of Rickie Emmanuel Watford, entered her eternal rest on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born September 2, 1959, she was a daughter of Thelma Driggers Knotts and the late Albert Cook. She attended Friersons Tabernacle Church and was retired from the SC Department of Corrections as a correctional officer. She also was a former manager of Lizzards Thicket Restaurant. She is survived by her mother and set father, Walter Knotts; two daughters, Christel Dawn Coker (Elliott Mims) and Tabitha Nicole Knotts (John Pigate) all of Turbeville; three grandchildren, Walter Coker, Tyler Pigate, Taylor Pigate; one brother, Wayne Cook (Pat) of Sharon, SC. A funeral service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in the chapel of Floyd Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Benton officiating. Burial will follow in the Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6 – 8PM on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Floyd Funeral Home in Olanta and at other times at the home, 3530 Hicks Road, Turbeville.
