Lori Ann Mcfadyen

OLANTA - Lori Ann Walters McFayden, widow of Charles Monroe McFayden, departed this world peacefully on Saturday, October 19th, 2024, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on Wednesday, August 7, 1968, in Lumberton, NC, she is a daughter of Ronald Nash Walters and Gloria Jean Prevatte Walters. She was the former Administrator of Agnes Adcox Nursing Home in Grays Creek, NC. Lori cherished her family deeply and was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is survived by her parents; two daughters, Jessica (Jonathan) Goins of Olanta and Jordan McFayden of Lumberton, NC; one step-daughter, Heather Bryant of Wilmington, NC; grandchildren, Jaxon Goins, Jayce Goins, Charles Owens, Alora Harrelson, Lila McFayden, and Lena McFayden; and one brother, Chris (Heather) Walters of Lumberton, NC. The family would like to express their deep appreciation for the love and care that Gentiva Hospice provided, especially Kristin, Blaire, Erica, Howard and Brandy. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lori McFayden will be dearly missed but will live on in the cherished memories of all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
