Louise Kelly Broughman

Turbeville – Louise Catherine Kelly Broughman, age 80, wife of William Curtis Broughman, entered her eternal rest on Friday 8, 2023, at McLeod Health Clarendon in Manning after an illness. Born June 26, 1943, in Newport News, VA a daughter of the late James Hughes Kelly and the late Ruth Reynolds Kelly. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Clifton Forge, VA and was a retired legal secretary. She is survived by her husband of 61 years; two daughters, Tina (Rett) Floyd of Turbeville, and Kelly (Erick) Smestad of Chesapeake, VA; five grandchildren, Ashley, Maysey, Bayley, Cody, and Ericka; one sister, Ruth Furry of Irongate, VA; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother James Kelly; and one sister, Phyllis Rogers. A visitation will be held from 2 - 3 pm on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at First Assembly of God Church, 1610 Oakhill Avenue, Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
