Malcolm F. "Mack" Dukes, Jr. Turbeville "Mack" F. Dukes, Jr. age 80, died October 20, 2010 at a Sumter hospital after an illness. Born in Clarendon County, he was a son of the late Malcolm Fay Dukes, Sr. and Leila Coker Dukes. Mr. Dukes was a retired farmer and carpenter, a member of Turbeville Southern Methodist Church where he served as a past Trustee, a board member, and a member of the Men's Bible Class. He was a Mason and Member of Fidelity Lodge # 394 in Turbeville. He was an avid fisherman and loved to garden. He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Dukes. Surviving are his wife, Teresa M. Dukes of Turbeville, two daughters, Mary Lynn Dukes and her fianc, Harry Thames of Turbeville, Fairy Ann Wiley of Turbeville. Three sons; Herbert F. (Brenda) Dukes of Lake City, Charles S. (Marie) Dukes of Turbeville, Malcolm F. (Pam) Dukes, III of Sumter. One sister; Eva Mae Dukes Sims of Florence. Four grandchildren; Stephen Dukes, Courtney Dukes, Gunner Dukes and Benjamin Dukes. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock pm Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Turbeville Southern Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery directed by FLOYD FUNERAL HOME.
