Timmonsville Mr. Marion "Billy" Lee Black, age 68, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be 3p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in Bethany Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. Visitation will be held from 6-8p.m. tonight (Saturday) at the funeral home. Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina he was a son of the late Oscar M. Black and Mollie Mae McElveen Black. He was a retired Foreman with Wilson Tree Company, a past member of Howe Springs Fire Department and a member of Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church. He is preceded in death by a sister, Francis Tedder. Surviving are his wife, Kizzie Catherine Floyd Black of the home. A daughter, Bonnie Mae Coker (Landon) of Barrineau. Two sons, Billy Reese Black (Katherine) and Lloyd McKinley "Bucky" Black (Keri) both of Timmonsville. A sister, Leona Tedder of Timmonsville. Ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
