Mickey Frierson McElveen Olanta Mickey Frierson McElveen, age 51, died Monday, November 14, 2011 at Lake City Community Hospital after an illness. A memorial service will be held at 4pm Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel in Olanta. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Born in Florence County he was a son of Mildred Parrott McElveen and the late William Frierson McElveen. He was a truck driver and a member of the Olanta Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by an aunt, Judy Gaskins. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann Lee McElveen of Olanta. Two daughters, Heather Martin of Olanta and Ashley Martin of Conway. One son, Adam Ray McElveen of Florence. One brother, Ricky (Cindy) McElveen of Olanta and three grandchildren.
