Mr. James "Noot" Kevin Coker

OLANTA - James "Noot" Kevin Coker, 48, died Friday, February 26, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born October 26, 1971, in Columbia, SC, he was a son of the late Ryan Stanley Coker and the late Katherine Ann Jackson Cleverley. He was a carpenter by trade. He is survived by one son, Tyler J. Coker (Madison) of Olanta; one daughter, Maci T. Coker of Olanta; three grandchildren, Zain Branch, Payton Coker and Reed Theriot; a special partner, Carol Coker of Olanta. A visitation will take place from 2 - 4pm on Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Floyd Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Tyler Coker, 4155 Turbeville Hwy, Olanta, SC. A funeral service will be held 3pm on Monday, March 1, 2021, in the chapel of Floyd Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Culick officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Dale Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marion Huggins, Austin Huggins, Tony Miles, Joel Welch, John Theriot and Patrick Player.
