Lake City - Oneal Culick age 71, died January 5, 2017 in a Florence Hospital after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Floyd Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in New Piney Grove Church Cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home. Due to anticipated weather, visitation will be held Friday from 6 - 8 PM at Floyd Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church. Born in Williamsburg County, he was a son of the late Albert Culick and Ninea Floyd Culick. Mr. Culick was retired from Santee Electric Cooperative, was a member of Red Oak Hunting Club, and attended New Piney Grove Church. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Albany Madison Culick, a sister Annie Lee Hickman, and a brother-in-law, Harry McKenzie. Surviving are his wife, Belva Dean Culick of Lake City. Three sons, Steve L. (Deedee) Culick and Randy N. (Mandy) Culick both of Cades, Tony A. (Tracy) Culick of Turbeville. Four sisters, Mae Dean McKenzie of Kingstree, Jeanette (Leon) Mims and Lois Culick of Lake City, and Karen (Mark) Scott of Aiken. A brother, H. L. (Virginia) Culick of Lake City.
