BARRINEAU - Avie Lee Driggers, 81, widow of John Delbert Driggers, died Saturday, February 20, 2021, at her residence. Born October 12, 1939, in Florence, she was a daughter of the late James Driggers and the late Roberta Williams Driggers. She was a member of Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by two sons, Wayne Delbert Driggers and Allen LaRue Driggers both of Lake City. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021, in the Chapel of Floyd Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Floyd officiating. A private burial will be held following the service. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2 p.m. at the funeral home on Monday, February 22, 2021. The family request that memorials be made to the charity of one’s choice. COVID-19 precautions of face masks and social distancing are required at the visitation and service. Floyd Funeral Home, 136 E. Main Street, Olanta, SC is in charge of the arrangements (843)396-4470.
