Jacqueline M. Floyd Olanta Jacqueline M. Floyd age 75, passed away Wednesday November 4, 2015 at McLeod Hospice House after an illness. A service will be held at 11 AM Saturday November 7, 2015 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Lake City Memorial Park, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 PM Friday night, November 6, 2015 at the funeral home. Born in Clarendon County she was a daughter of the late Henry Jefferson McKenzie and Ethel Yarborough McKenzie. She was a former employee of Baxter Laboratory and she was a member of Frierson's Tabernacle, where she was a Sunday School teacher, a member of The Cleo McKenzie Ladies Circle, and active in other functions of the church. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and catered most of the family's weddings. She is preceded in death by Beulah Mae (Mack) Evans, Samuel McKenzie, Lenair McKenzie, and Charles McKenzie. She is survived by her husband, Samuel W. Floyd of Olanta; three sons, Robert W. (Ann) Floyd of Bishopville, James E. Floyd of Olanta, David B. (Andrea) Floyd of Myrtle Beach; five grandchildren; Jacob Floyd, Sierra Floyd, Benji Floyd, Kaleigh Floyd, Kelsey Floyd .
