Lake City Mrs. Shirley D. Coker, age 79, passed away Friday, June 2, 2017 at McLeod Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 4pm Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. The family will greet friends from 2-4pm prior to the funeral service at the church, and other times at 1643 Lucky Road, Lake City, SC. Born in Florence County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Ingram Daniels and Lizzie Feagin Daniels. She retired from East Clarendon District 3 as a teacher's assistant, a member of Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she served as a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dannie D. "Lucky" Coker, a grandson, Scotty Coker, a sister, Edna Daniels, and a brother, Charles Daniels. Surviving are two daughters, Sheila Cole (Andy) of Wake Forest, N.C., and Michelle Easler (Chuck) of Greeleyville, two sons, Richard "Ricky" Coker (Angela) of Manning, and Vincent "Vince" Coker (Judi) of Lake City, five sisters, Doris Mishoe, Mary Nell Beard, Lawanna McKenzie all of Lake City, Norma McAllister of Scranton, and Barbara Matthews (Billy) of Summerville, two brothers, Levern Daniels of Lake City, and C.I. Daniels (Judy) of Scranton, ten grandchildren, Bryce Coker, Daniel Boyington, Brittany Coker Jordan (Chad), Tyler Coker, Seth Cole, Troy Cole, Marian Nell Easler, Charlie Easler, Coker Easler, and Elaina Easler, two great grandchildren, Isla Jordan and Liam Coker.
