Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday at Maranatha Pentecostal Holiness Church, a visitation will be held in Thomasville, Georgia on Thursday March 9 from 6 - 8 PM at Whiddon Shiver Funeral Home, funeral services will be held at 2 PM at Whiddon Shiver funeral home with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.. Born in Moultrie, Georgia, she was a daughter of John W. O'Kelley and the late Dorla Evelyn McCullers O'Kelley. She attended Maranatha Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Timothy Fulgham, and a sister, Deborah Griffen. She is survived by her husband, Alton W. Fulgham of Turbeville, two daughters, Cindy (Eddie) Snipes and Naomi Patterson both of Turbeville, one son, Todd (Lynn) Fulgham of Thomasville, Ga., sisters, Denise (Darrell)Thomas of Jacksonville, Fl., and Theresa (Horace) Taylor of Norman Park, Ga., a brother, Andy (Beth) O'Kelley of Tifton, Ga. 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchidren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
