Omie Lenora Floyd Lake City Mrs. Omie Lenora Floyd, age 94, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at her residence after an illness. Funeral services will be held 3 pm Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with burial at McClam Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 1-3pm. Born in Williamsburg County, she was a daughter of the late Nobel Noah Timmons and Eulalia Thomas Timmons. Mrs. Floyd was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Floyd. Two sons, Billy Edward Floyd and Benjamin Gilbert Floyd. Two brothers, Bruce Timmons and Bennie Timmons. Surviving are a daughter, Judy (C.I.) Daniels of Lake City. Two sons, Timmons (Julia Ann) Floyd and Bill (Cathy) Floyd both of Lake City. A sister, Merle Mills of Sumter. A brother, T.G. Timmons of Florence. Eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
