Rafael Gutierrez Valdivia

GABLE – Rafael Gutierrez Valdivia, 46, husband of Lorena Lopez Rivera, died Monday, September 6, 2021, at McLeod Regional Medical Center. Born April 13, 1975, in Veracruz, Mexico, he was a son of Antonio Gutierrez Duran and Maria Vicenta Valdivia. He was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and an employee of Gamble Family Farms. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Michelle Castro Lopez and Dayana Castro Lopez both of Gable; three brothers, Andres Gutierrez Valdivia of Olanta, Alejandro Gutierrez Valdivia of Timmonsville, and Marco Antonio Gutierrez Valdivia of Mexico; and two sisters, Ana Laura Gutierrez Valdivia and Maria Del Roasrio both of Mexico. A memorial service will be held 5pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021, in the Chapel of Floyd Funeral Home. The family will receive guest following the service. Floyd Funeral Home, 136 E.
