Ralph Durant Welch Turbeville Ralph Durant Welch, age 64, died Wednesday May 25, 2011 at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning after an illness. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. Visitation will be from 6-8 (tonight) Friday, May 27, 2011 at the funeral Home. Born in Clarendon County, he was a son of Margaret Azalee Lee Welch and the late Edgar Durant Welch. He was a carpenter and specialized in residential construction. Mr. Welch is preceded in death by one brother; Ronald Welch. Surviving are four sisters; Frances (Richard) Morris of Sumter, Buena (John) Lea of Manning, Jackie (Jerry) Lee of Effingham, and Ruby Floyd of Coward. Three brothers; Randall (Shirley) Welch of Manning, Ray (Margaret) Welch of Sumter, and Roger Welch of Myrtle Beach.
