Thomas Randy McElveen Scranton - Thomas Randy McElveen age 68, died Saturday July 29, 2017 in a Florence hospital after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock PM Tuesday August 1, 2017 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Strickland-Feagin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 - 3 PM Tuesday prior to the service at Floyd Funeral Home. Mr. McElveen was born in Florence County, a son of the late Thomas Paul McElveen and Miriam Elizabeth McDonald McElveen. Prior to becoming disabled, Randy was an employee of Georgia Pacific. He was preceded in death his parents, a sister, Patsy Ann McElveen, and a brother, Bruce Edward McElveen. He is survived by a sister, Gale Feagin of Hartsville.
