Rebecca Lizzie Simeral

Mrs. Rebecca L. Simeral age 84, died September 18, 2010, at Tuomey Hospital in Sumter after an illness. Born in Williamsburg County, she was a daughter of the late William H. Driggers and Betty Coker Driggers, she was a homemaker and was a member of First Baptist Church in Duquesne, PA.. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Charles Simeral, Sr. whom she was married to for 67 years, and died August 12, 2010, a son, William R. Simeral, and sisters, Elise Webb, Mildred DuBose, Gaynell Matthews, and Anna M. Osborne, brothers, Douglas, Eugene, Ellie, Lindburgh, and Deleon Driggers. Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia (Ronnie) Driggers of Turbeville, a son, Harry Charles (Bobbi) Simeral, Jr. of Turbeville, two sisters, Thelma (Walter) Knotts of Turbeville, and Mae (Archie) Welch of Olanta, three brothers, Harry L. (Rosa Lee) Driggers, Sammie (Daisy) Driggers, and Bobby (Brenda) Driggers all of Turbeville, three grandchildren, Shanna (Gary) Morgan of Turbeville, Shawn (Sara) Simeral of Virginia Beach, Va., and Justin Driggers of Sumter, great-grandchildren, Connor Morgan of Turbeville, and Caden and Delaney Simeral, both of Virginia Beach, Va.
