Rhunette Morris Keels Lynchburg - Mrs. Rhunette Morris Keels age 90, died November 9, 2012 in a Florence hospital after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday November 12, 2012 at Trinity United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. The family will receive friends from 4 - 6 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Born in Florence County, she was a daughter of the late William Ellison 'Bub' Morris and Ethel Lee Morris. She was a homemaker and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Thompson 'JT' Keels, brothers, Ivan, Guy, Carol, W.E., Merritt, and Devon Morris, sisters; Nell Cusaac and Anita Morris, grandsons; Jay and Jamie McElveen. Surviving are daughters; Ann (Dave) DeDonato of Lexington, and Kay (Bernie) Floyd of Olanta, sons; Jimmy (Mamie) Keels of Florence and Kenny (Ginger) Keels of Turbeville, a sister; Serena (Victor) White of Timmonsville. Six grandchildren; Marty (Kenneth) Rawls, Jim (Sissy) Keels, Johnny (Heather) McElveen, Allison (Jamie) Partee, Ken (Taylor) Keels, and Sean DeDonato. Sisters-in-law; Nell Morris, Janie Lou Morris, both of Hemmingway, and Leona Morris of Florence. Ten great-grandchildren which she deeply loved, and a number of nieces and nephews.
