Sidney Eric Christmas

Sidney Eric Christmas, age 56, died February 6th, 2019 at his home. Born in Williamsburg County, he was a son of the late James Durant Christmas and Opaline Locklair Christmas. He was a farmer and formerly worked in the garment industry. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother James Mitchell Christmas; a daughter Shandi Nicole "Nikki" Christmas. He is survived by his sister, Linda Christmas of Florence, SC; two grandchildren Blaise Purvis and Sophie Purvis of Coward, SC; two nieces Kelli Stricklen of Timmonsville, SC and Kristy Thornbrew of Coward, SC. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 9th, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel in Olanta, SC; with burial at McElveen Cemetery in New Zion, SC, directed by Floyd Funeral Home, Olanta.
