Willard "Billy" McKenzie Lake City Mr. Willard "Billy" McKenzie age 71, died Sunday, September 4, 2011 at his residence after an illness. Services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Floyd Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Thomas Cemetery near Olanta. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at the funeral home. Born in Florence County he was the son of the late Milber Nello McKenzie and Florice Thelma Oliver McKenzie. He was the retired owner of McKenzie Repair. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Arleen Boyington, and sisters, Martha Welch, Latrell Tucker. He is survived by his wife, Glennie Tucker McKenzie, two sons, J. M. (Norma) McKenzie of Olanta, and Bryan (Tracy) McKenzie of Lake City, son-in-law, Kenny Boyington, four sisters, Sadie Denny of Columbia, Pearl "Shug" Floyd of Lake City, Dianne (Whaley) Dennis of Manning, and Dixie Floyd of Olanta. 7 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
