He was preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Jo Ann Cook, and a sister, Wanda Faye Cook. Surviving are his mother, and his step-father, Walter Knotts of Turbeville, daughters, Kim (Gregg) Tucker of Coward, and Robin Cook. a son, Rodney Cook of Gastonia, a sister, Judith Dale (Ricky) Watford of Timmonsville, a brother, Wayne Anthony (Patricia) Cook of Sharon, NC., a half brother, Wendell (Treavor) Cook of Scranton.
